Shop Policy

All jewelry items will be shipped in a small gift box or gift bag, inside a bubble mailer.

Orders are normally shipped within 3 business days after confirmed credit card clearance.

Orders are shipped by U.S. Post Office via first class mail and insured.

Expedited shipping can be provided at the Customer’s request and expense.

If you desire international shipping, please contact me for shipping rates.

Because my work is unique, I cannot replicate exactly, so if an item is lost during shipment I cannot replace the item exactly, but will try to make another as close to the original piece as possible. If that isn't possible, I will happily refund the purchase price or apply credit towards another item.

If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, please let me know. I will refund your money upon receipt of the item, in its original condition and packaging, less shipping charges, within 10 days of purchase.
